Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Monday-Thursday. Orders received before 5:00PM EST will ship the following day. To reduce transit time, orders received Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery times average 1-3 days within the Continental U.S. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. Warm Weather
It is very important that our products are received in excellent condition and
in a timely manner. Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our Truffles,
we must protect them from temperatures in excess of 70°F. Therefore, when
the weather forecast for the shipping destination meets or exceeds this guideline,
we must include an ice gel pack in an insulated box with every order shipped at additional cost. This additional cost will be itemized on the invoice as a “handling” charge.
Returns/Exchanges
If our Truffles do not arrive in excellent condition, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt by phone: 207-659-0994 or e-mail: becky@bpwinechocolates.com We will gladly issue a replacement order or refund when necessary. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect/undeliverable mailing addresses, stolen packages, or post-delivery handling.
